Our next online certification is being run as 3 x 3 hour workshops with some work required between sessions to apply the learning. Dates are November 29th, December 1st and 6th from 2:30 - 5:30 pm.

DISC Train-the Trainer is a one-day intensive classroom-based training event.
During the day you will:

An in-house Train-the-Trainer Certification Course is typically less expensive per head than our publicly-scheduled courses.
If you have a team of people looking to become trained, but want to avoid the high cost of people being away from the office, it may be more beneficial for us to come to you and run an in-house train-the-trainer session.
Not only may it be more financially beneficial (depending on the number of attendees), but the training can be adapted and made more specific to your organizational needs.
In relation to the changing needs and for many trainers working from home, we are pleased to offer DISC Trainer Certification through virtually-led training by a master facilitator. This is not a recorded series of lectures but a live and interactive experience. This comprehensive training is to support your development in the DISC methodology and its practical application for your clients. Participants will become DISC Certified Trainers, with the confidence, competence and tools to apply DISC in a range of environments. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom.
Certification consists of four 2-hour sessions over a 2 week period and a 1-on-1 coaching session. There is pre-work before the first session and some application of learning to be completed between each live session. Following the last workshop there is an online exam to complete.
The four workshops ensure that the learn/ apply/ reflect cycle of imbedding learning results in an in-depth understanding of the DISC model and how to apply it with individuals and groups.
Participants are also provided all resources used during certification and access to a rich online resource pack for their ongoing use.
